If this is an Invader I do believe they quit building them in mid 1970's. Before they were required.

My old '71 BWV Deluxe Invader out of Giddings, TX had a HIN tag on the stern. It had the Manufacturer's information silk-screened onto it and blanks for boat info, but it was never stamped other than the serial number, so no model info or maximum seating or motor hp was recorded.
