How much is it altered? If it's just the focus or sharpness, I'm guessing an outboard.

The alteration is motion blur.....It is an outboard. Now how about type and year.

Looks like reb cap style. with blue bill and middel with white top. appears noseand eyes beneath with distorted mouyh.

Not a 1963 either jsfinn......there is a VERY subtle difference in design.<br /><br /><br />JB- Yeah cabin fever is setting in, but I cant help that. I can't ice fish, since the lakes are too thin if they even have ice (mid 30's for the last 2 weeks). I can;t take the boat out because its winterized.
