Hollow out an vidalia onion with an apple corer. Fill the void with butter, beef boulion cube and cover in cooking sherry. Wrap in foil and put on grill for an hour.

MMMMMMMM it's so good.

LF.....

Take some Portabello mushrooms and make a chipolte pepper sauce. Coat one side and grill. Turn over and grill the other side.

make some more chipolte pepper sauce (it's in the box that the chipolte tobasco comes in....basically mayonaise and the chipolte tobasco....Get some Fresh Catfish fillets....(I know where to find them) :D Put some foil on the grill, place fish on and cover with the chipolte sauce. Turn fish over after cooking a while and add more sauce.

Once these are both done, don't let none get on your chin.....cause your tongue will beat you 1/2 to death lickin' it off.

You know me an catfish :D

another we do is to take fresh mushrooms, zuchinni, yellow squash, asparagus, yellow onions.....cut up, place in a cast iron skillet with some butter and fresh garlic and then we season with Tony's, onion, garlic....put the skillet on the grill and then keep stirring occasionaly. A great way to do veggies!

Barlow. You are right. The only thing that needs smoking is a cigar.

Anytime man can cook with fire, that is good.
