Grew SS165 weight??

Hi,
I just bought a trailer for my boat. The trailer is a EZ Loader model M80 4.8 1225. With a max load of 550KG or 1,212LBS. My boat does not have the tag that states max HP or any of that important information. I need to find this information some how! I have the GM 4 cylinder in it.

Any info would be excellent!!

I think you are okay with that trailer but the best thing to do is take it to a scale. You will be able to find out the trailer weight. The tongue weight might be measured be a bathroom scale with the tongue at hitch height. Add the scale weight and the tongue weight then deduct the trailer weight. You will have the loaded weight of the boat, which will be higher than it's base weight.

I would guess 1600 lbs. That trailer no good for that boat.
