Today was sauna and shopping day.
We went to the sauna and afterwards we went swimming in the freezing lake. This means jumping in the water and getting out before it hurts too much.It must be healthy because all the Swedes seem to do it.It is striking how clear the skin of all the swedish women is,they all look like they just stepped out of the beauty parlor.And yes,blond is beautiful.
I am taking pictures,but I cannot upload them,so that will have to wait till we get back upstate
As for sunrise,that would be around eight thirty.
