I have seen coasties out on lake michigan a lot as well

a lot of people don't realize how much good they do.

They do a great job .Our canuck choppers are based too far away in Trenton to be of immediate use on Superior so our friends the U.S.C.G take up the slack for right away rescues and Trenton for searches etc.Happy thanksgiving to my American friends ,enjoy the holiday and be safe.

I did not join any service but I did always want to join the U.S.C.G. always regret not joining but do work in the field that does help all the war fighters.
