I would think it should be a minimum of 100 lbs. per cylinder and the diference between the highest and lowest reading should be no more than 15lbs. Looks to me like you have a problem. 2, 3, & 4 look fine, but number 1 is low. Recheck that cylinder and get back to us with the results.

------------------
Mark

Thought for the day..... Thanks. I did have one guy tell me that because the boat had been sitting for a couple of years that the rings in #1 may be stuck. He said that after running it a while the compression may come up. What do you think?
It is possibe, but not likely.
There are several people on this board with more experience at this. I know you can buy a cleaner to remove carbon from the motor. Sometimes the rings stick due to excessive carbon. Using the cleaner can help. The motor has to be running to use the cleaner and your spark plugs will have to be replaced when you are done with the cleaner. If you have an old set of plugs, I would install them before using the cleaner. Check with your local dealer to purchase the cleaner.

------------------
Mark

Thought for the day.....
