gluvit temps

Here in Connecticut it will be a while before we have 72 degree temps and I have no garage, so here is my question. Late spring if temps get to the low 60s and i apply gluvit will it just take longer to cure or will the application be a waste due to flow problems with the gluvit? Any experiences?

I am in Ct as well. The Gluvit will cure but will take 3 days. Thats what mine took to cure and I had it 65 in the garage..but without heat went to 50. Its fine now been a month.

I live in Bristol also top of Willis st. what did you use gluvit on?

16' Starcraft SS. Check out my restore thread..there are pics of the prep and after it was applied. Post some pics of the boat...we love Pics.. Small World ..same town even..hey neighbor!!

I don't live in Bristol,

I did my Gluvit in 60 - 50 (night) temps, and it took 24 hours to be pretty firmed over but a little tacky, and was hard as a rock after 48.

I'm in Granville, MA, just over the boarder, NW of Bradley airport.

it's under 50 degrees here and will be until march or so. I covered the boat and put a space heater inside, its toasty at around 80 degrees in there.
