Gluvit has bubbled. What do I do?

I bought a 1956 Starcraft and stripped it down and sanded. Then I sprayed on some metal/aluminum primer. Then I applied the gluvit last weekend I took it out yesterday and I didn't see any leaks. It rained a little last night I went out to clean it up for painting and now there is a few spots where the gluvit has bubbled up. Some water was standing in the boat from the rain. Most of the spots are in those areas. Do I sand those off and paint or what do I do now. Is it leaking under the Gluvit? Any advice would be appreciated.

You got the sequence a little backwards, the Gluvit is applied first and then the paint. The Gluvit is sticking to the paint instead of the bare aluminum hull like it was designed to do.

I'm not sure what to tell you, maybe just wait and see if anymore bubbles appear.

It was the etching stuff not real primer. The bubbles aren't by the seams or rivets so I think the sanding would be ok.

Gluvit is applied to aluminum, prime and paint after. Gluvit is not UV friendly.

If it's not by a seam or rivet then you might sand lightly and then paint.
