Gluvit Cure Time?

I have a small aluminum boat that I leave at my house in MA year round. It only gets used for about a month each year. Last year I noticed some of the rivets had become a little loose and the boat would have about 2-3 gallons of water in it after sitting in the water overnight (8-10 hours).

I'm going to get a quart of Gluvit to seal the rivets from the inside and outside this year, but was wondering how long after I brush it I have to wait before using the boat. Your help is greatly appreciated!
