I just bought me some job, an old Glastron V-182 that im planning to restore
I live in Norway and i belive i have found som evidence in the boat that it probably was built on license in Barcelona Spain. (see picture of licence plate found loose onboard.) I have found litle information on the internet regarding this shipyard (la -ra-ya S.A.) and how i can figure out any production year from the four digit serial number on the nameplate. One clue i got, was that i found a fire extingusher on board from 1984 so its oldeer than that...
As you can see on the picture of the boat it is a V-182 with blue and white colour scheme. From the official Glastron catalogue i can see that these colors were only available in 1976. Is this boat similar to the US version sold in 1976? anyone have picture of such boat? any information that can help is highly apprcoated. Thanks Br Trond
