glastron trailer can be used for a boston whaler?

Hi folks

new here and new to trailer data. Can you help me please in knowing whether a trailer made for Glastron boat (picture attached) will suite a boston whaler montauk of same length?

It can probably be rerigged for the Montauk, sameh. I doubt if it will fit as is.

havenot seen the trailer papers yet. As for the boats the weight is not mentioned. Here in Israel things maybe different from USA.
Anyway, the 2 boats probably around 400-600 Kgs, more important for me is the modification for a glastron boat to fit B.W.boat.

I doubt that trailer was MADE for the Glastron, but merely Adjusted to it...

All you can do is,... Try to Adjust it to fit the Whaler...

sorry i dont have yet more information. was seeking jeneral basics based on similar cases, not concrete answers with 100% guarantee

anyway, the trailer is not manufacture made for the glastron. will check possibility it fits the B.W. copycat...
as someone said: better Any grease than no grease at all

I would try contacting Boston Whaler directly and see what they recommend.

I recall that Whaler, at least for old ones, required keel rollers to support the weight, and short bunks, roller or flat, for stability, but the weight should not be on a roller in a flat area of the hull. It could damage the fiberglass.

So I'd go by a whlaer dealer and look at how they righ the trailers. As someone said, trailers aren't made for a boat; they are rigged for one.
