Thanks for the reply. No, they aren't like toilet flange bolts.
They are small, #8 bolts with a head about 3/16" square.
After I posted the question, I went to my bolt bin and I think I can get regular #8 round head machine screws to work.
I just have to figure out how to keep the screw from turning in the trim. Silicone?
I am going to try the regular screws and see if they work.
