I have been building replacement front hatches for the CV23 (to replace the OEM plexi) for about 5 yrs.
A few people have asked about a one pc engine hatch as the OEM allows water in the carb. I have a prototype done but am having some issues with getting it to open properly as the hinge surface is not flat.
I need some input from you CV23 owners as to what you'd like to see in a finished product.
