Replacing the gimbal bearing in an Alpha 1 Gen 1. The old one required the normal effort to get out but the new one fits in without any effort, can push it in by hand.
Are there different size gimbal bearings for the Alpha gen 1?

No all the same size assuming you were sent the correct one. Is it missing the tolerance ring that goes around it? It should be a tight fit unless the lip where it seats into the gimbal housing cracked when the old one was removed?

Yeah the tolerance ring is on, I better have a close look for cracks. Thanks.
