rubber at base of window might be sandwiched between frame and hull , if not its just a snap in need better pics of that to tell for sure as far as numbers go you could wet sand to try to remove them however depending on area involved you could cut through or make it wavy , the oxidation is what did it, try compounding then buffing to see if you can remove them if not you will have to sand and sand ...
