Gas leaking out of carb

When I tilt my Mercury 75 horse up gas appears to be leaking out of my bottom carb . How do I fix this problem I have the bottom carb out and need to know what to replace before I take it apart any answers would be appreciated

Gas should come out of the carbs when the engine is tilted-up. It is running out of the full carb bowls, like a tilted cup of coffee. However, if you sqeeze the primer, and fuel leaks out of an untilted engine, you got needle vale problems.
