2855 ciera i trailer to and from the sea, approx 2.5 hrs one way, about to mount Hurley 30+ davit system in place with 10' Novurania w\fixed 15hp yamaha on the extended swim platform. Has anyone ever done similar freeway transport of swim platform mounted dinghy? Any issues? areas of concern? should i deflate for sake of less wind resistance or irrelevant at this point since mounted at rear, lower section of boat?

Many states have overhang laws, meaning the rear most part has to be a certain distance from the tail lights on the trailer. Last time I looked, our state was 36" so if your platform and dingy hang out more than 36" from the tail lights you could have an issue, or might beed to add tail lights.

Ayuh,.... Welcome Aboard,.... You'll be severely over width with a 10' boat, 'n motor on it,....
8' 6" is legal any wider is a permit only load,.....

750 and tender is a tick under 300 with full fuel cell in place
you talking KG's or #'s

the Novurania is listed at 380# without a motor. add 111# for the yamaha 15hp and 40# for a 5 gallon fuel tank.
