Fuse or breaker blown?

I did something stupid & need help to fix. I have a '97 Wellcraft 21' Cuddy that was originally powered by a 5.7l gm mercruiser. In 2016 I replaced the engine with a new 358 gm engine. Today I was replacing a dead battery & when I was trying to slip the battery into its cramped space the wires bounced against the terminals backwards. There a very small almost insignificant spark. I immediately grabbed the wires & installed them correctly. Right now all of my accessories work, my blower, my bilge pump, and even my hydraulic tilt pump. But the starter has no power. The curious thing is that the voltmeter in the dash shows no voltage either. The main power cable goes through a 30A breaker on the stern & that is not popped. There is a 50A breaker on the engine. Likewise that is ok. I checked all fuses in the VBerth behind the dash & they are all ok. Obviously something is popped. Does anyone have an idea?.

Agreed mine has a 90 amp fuse connected to the starter, had the same symptoms and when I replaced the fuse it fired right up
