"No" alcohol would be great.

ondarvr, did you mean to say "is no more alcohol"?

I certainly hope that succeeding administrations put an end to this subsidized madness!

In the meantime, is there any solution for stabilizing ethanol in the fuel tank?

I'll look for my link to a couple of products that appeared to help with Phase separation in testing.

As for just keeping the fuel fresh longer, Stabil works OK, but has no affect on Phase separation.

Nothing I've seen to prevent or correct issues with ethanol short of adding more ethanol.

How long a period is this truck sitting for? Moisture intrusion in the fuel should be minimal considering this fuel tank should be (not accounting for rotted lines/split hoses) sealed from the atmosphere.

....How long a period is this truck sitting for? .....

Currently, indefinitely. It is a '94 454 Suburban with 44k miles on it. It gets
8-11 mpg and is virtually worthless but I still need something to pull my boat with (which did not get used this year.

I do not currently have it licenced or insured. It sat most of the last year. I just went and filled the tank up (half empty) with non-alcohol premium and added the 16 oz's of stabilizer which was pretty old itself.

I don't suppose it will get used before next summer except to fire it up and drive it around the block.

I have a '65 Mustang with a 289 2bbl that had non ethanol stabilized regular in it for 12 years. Fired right up after a 3 yr hiatus.
