Yes, it does. It should be mounted on the starboard side of thr block, with a hose comming from the block. Best and easiest way to find it, is to follow the fuel line from the gas tank,up thru the cowl, to a box ,then a tube going to the carb from the cube or box.This is the fuel pump. The hose comming from the block is there to operate it (using compression pulses).So chack the compression too, as the pump wont operate without it.
