Hi,
I own a 2002 Bayliner Trophy 2052 with a 4.3 V6 2 barrel carburetored Mercruiser engine.
I need some help finding out why my fuel pump while connected to original pump wiring wont work. I was boating with my family at lake mead. After stopping to swim for a while. My boat wouldn't start. I went through all the trouble shooting that I could think of. I then jumped my fuel pump from my Accessories switch. It started but I had to baby the throttle to get it to plane. When I tried to throttle down to get out of the hole it would just stall. Any way I replaced the fuel pump and all the filters. But I can't get it to work with the regular connector. I've looked all over the motor for a fuse but can't find one. Is there a fuse or something else? I'm at my wits end.
Any and all suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance
Bill
