Fuel problems

I have a 2007 bayliner 3.0 mercruiser. I had the carb replaced in 2009. I have replaced the water/fuel filter and put stabil in the fuel on a regular basis. Today while running the boat it ran hard and i replaced the fuel/ water filter with no help. I noticed the carb was only spraying 1 stream of fuel in carb on a 2 barrel carb and the other appeared clogged. does the carb need to be rebuilt or
cleaned or is it the accelrator pump issue..Thanks for any and all input!!!!!!!!!!!

probably time to remove the carb, disassemble and inspect

could maybe just need a cleaning, or possibly a rebuild, won't know 'til ya tear into it

thanks..it was replaced last than 2 yrs ago..hope just a cleaning
