I have a 1998 200 EFI. Never had the first problem til yesterday. Got ready to take off and it would not get rpms up to get on plane. Today I changed spark plugs and water filter. Also noticed that the primer bulb would not get firm. Replaced it and the new one would not pump up. What would cause this? I made sure the arrow was pointing toward the engine and did not see any gas leaking anywhere. I can crank the engine and it will set there and idle with no problem.
