I need an adapter from No. 4 SAE female to 5/16 32 TPI schrader valve. I want to be able to check the high & low pressures on my 1999 Volvo Penta 5.0 Gi.
There is a Schrader Valve on the Vapor Separator Tank for the low pressure and the same fitting on the HP line to the TBI.
This must be a common adapter but I cannot find one online, any ideas please?

Most the pressure gauges come with the GM/Chrysler fitting on the end of the hose. They also come with the Ford adapter. The inside of the Ford adapter has 2 threads, the first is larger but further in becomes the standard schrader (5/16 32)

Look at this link and note the adapter

Thanks alldodge,
I bought a quite comprehensive kit a few years back and assumed it had the necessary adapters, but not that one.
I'll just have to keep looking, but now you have pointed me to the Ford one I was not aware that there were 2 threads I might have a bit more luck.
If anyone has a link please post it here.
I'll come back if I find one

Email sent to OTC asking for them to put one in a jiffy envelope and post it to Spain. That can't be difficult can it?
We'll see.
