Fuel not getting to outboard motor

90 hp Yamaha Outboard motor would keep starting and stopping. Was not getting continuous gas flow. I see a dripping (see video attached) when I pump the gas bulb…

Thats more then a drip! That looks to be coming from your gas filter. Is it screwed on right? Is there a rubber gasket missing? Maybe the in or out gas line not tight?

Agree with KJM. That's more than a drip check the filter bowl is screwed on correctly and any hose clamps are tight.
