Hello,
First Time I have posted.
I have a 1993 250HP TURR. Always works great however it did not use it for 2 weeks. When I went to use it. Fuel dumped from the lower left Carburetor. It ran rough. At first I thought that maybe the float inside was stuck. I have not checked though as I noticed that the 12VDC "feed pump was not ticking like it normally does. The pump is plumbed to the other 5 carbs at the top and at this lower left (6th) one it is plumbed directly to where the drain screw should be. The pump has 3 wires (red, black and yellow).
So before I tear this apart I thought I would ask if anyone had seen this. Could the pump not work and cause the fuel issue at the carb.? Could it just be I am remembering incorrectly and the pump is fine without the sound of the tick tick of the fuel pump. Or is most likely something sticking in the carb.
Thank you for any assistance you may offer.
