have 3.0 mercruiser I/O, recently had engine taken out to remove broken off bolts from starter. Having trouble under load accelerating. but engine fights through it, runs fine, then stalls when you bring throttle back for 5mph zones. Changed 2 filters, 1 under fuel pump. and the 1 going into the carb. Is there another filter or am I barking up the wrong tree. Would appreciate any help. Thanks
