I have a 1993 200 johnson ocean runner that i just put back on my boat. It ran fine before i took it off 3 months ago, but now i am having fuel delivery issue. Motor starts on first crank as long as it is primed, but will only run the fuel that is in its carbs. In other words, I can pump the primer bulb to keep it running, but wont siphon fuel itself. I have checked all of the lines and made sure all connections are tight, bypassed the fuel/water seperator, check diaphram in fuel pump, but still no luck. Primer bulb does not cave in, so i dont think that there is a blockage in the tank.
Could it be a carb issue since it sat for three months???
Any ideas? All i can think of is it is pulling air somewhere, but i cant find.
Thanks
