Hi guys, I have a 1991 240 Sun Bridge Bayliner , I bought last year and I am having trouble finding the gas cap to fill it up with gas. I know I know, pretty dumb but does anyone have any suggestions. there's a couple of caps on the stern of the boat but I tried filling it up and the one I used just overflowed and my gauge says all most empty, so it wasn't that one. the other cap has waste stamped on it ??

The one that over-flowed, how may gallons before it overflowed? Hopefully it was the correct fuel-fill location, and you have a crimped or plugged fuel-fill pipe; Suggest you don't introduce any ignition source to the fueled-area until you know what happened. Gasoline vapors with an ignition source are best-left to a well-controlled, all-working environment (like the inside of a good cylinder). Pictures, 1000's of words.

Looking online at pics, looks like it may be port side about 4" above the rub rail at the midship point

So post a pic of what you put fuel into
