Fuel additive for 99' Johnson 90 hp

I just purchased a boat with a 1999 90 hp Johnson outboard. The tank is 40 gallons and is full, however it has been sitting since last season. Is there an additive that I should put in the fuel since it has been sitting without use. Thanks.

Being a new boat to you, many questions without answers.

Has the gas and oil been premixed right?
Was a stabilizer put in the fuel last year?
Are you willing to risk running an unknown fuel condition in your motor?
Is there water separated out in the fuel tank?
Is there a fuel filter on the line?

I personally would be leery of running old fuel in a two stroke.
