How do I remove the 4 bolts (2 8x35mm each side) that hold the plates and bumpers located on the lower unit? I have broken two so far.

Not nearly enough information to offer any help. The more info you provide the better response you will get.

Hey guys

+1 on the Heat and cold tactics.

I use CRC Freeze-Off all the time now, used to be WD-40 (when I didn't know better) to PBlaster for awhile. But found the freezing properties with CRC's stuff to be kryptonite against rust. Use it with heat first then cool it down with a steady stream of CRC's Freeze-Off to rapidly drop the temp.

You can even let the Freeze-Off sit on it before you apply the heat. Then followed by the cool off part after the heat. And always use a tool that will grip it good and give you a fighting chance to break it free instead of frustrating you and rounding more and more off.

But those instructions are very good , Thanks to BatDaddy !!!

Hope it helps,
DamianJP
