Frozen Deck Drain

The port side deck drain must have been clogged and is now frozen solid from the cockpit to the scupper.

Should I be concerned?

Do you mean there's now a drain tube full of ice? You might be replacing that come spring due to cracking. If you have access to the length of it I suppose you could carefully thaw it with a heat gun, then try to unclog it.
