Frozen 76 OMC V8

Hi gang:<br />Any help is appreciated. I have a 1976 Mark Twain with an OMC V8 (302) thats frozen solid. I was wondering if I could replace with any Ford V8's provided I switch the freeze plugs to brass? Or do i need a marine application? If so then where can i find a rebuild near Cape Cod, Mass. Thank you.

Hi Nude! Welcome to Iboats.<br /><br />Have you confirmed that the motor is frozen and not the Drive itself?
