MD has NOTHING to be ashamed of ... Denver is a strong team and deserves #1, but MD deserves #1.5!
As for the neighbors ... all okay. They had been working on the house for a month. Young man moved in last week and they are getting married May 13th, when she was moving there. Very sweet couple trying to do things the "right" way. His parents were there also yesterday as they were painting, etc. Friend gave them an early wedding gift ... a grill. They fired it up on back porch, put potatoes in to start, and went inside to work on the chicken for the grill. Head a bang and went outside to see the grill and back corner of house in flames. Their extinguisher couldn't touch it. Great response time from FD (less than 5 minutes). Saved most of contents and house is repairable ( prob $50-60k damage). Most importantly, no one injured. Their house is about 100 yards out my back door ... close to home!
