Welcome to iBoats!
Hmm, not sure what you mean by a fiberglass deck. Most people here on iBoats doing a deck replacement use Exterior Grade Plywood soaked in two coats of fiberglass resin and then use fiberglass cloth on the top to tie it back in to the hull. They use Epoxy Peanut Butter to Glue the deck to the stringers so there are no holes for water to intrude. This method yields a deck that is "Fiberglassed" and watertight that should last for 20+ years. As long as you don't start drilling holes in it and not sealing them up. Do a site search on Replacing a Deck and you will find more than enough pics and text to tell you how it should be done the right way.

Good Luck
:D

Im not familiar with a strictly fiberglass deck....I am assuming what you have now is wood, covered with glass?

Guys, actually my deck is from 3/4 plywood, I just want to cover it with fiberglass, resin and gelcoat to avoid water to go in. Maybe It is not necessary since the deck is pretty hard but as I said would like to do an upgrade, the best of all is that I want to do by my self. Still searching under "Replacing a Deck"
