found the problem ...anyone know napas part number for plug wires?

hey went out checked plugs looked up inside and there was a wire chafed off put it in the tank started it and moved the wire a bit and she reved right up nice so, i called napa and they cant find a set of wires for it does anyone know the part number for the wires through napa ...or where i might get some wires?

You don't say what motor, but napa doesn't sell motor specific wire sets. They sell a universal kit with 20' of wire and ends for pretty much every motor and you make them up yourself.

its a jw-16 3 horse , i believe thats a 1960 ???? but yea it was arcing from the wire to the metel where the wire goes through a hole must have wore through over time and just started arcing when i move the wire and stop it from arcing it has all kindsa power ...just gotta figure out the wire thing.. can i just take like a car plug wire of same size lob it off and use my old ends? would that work?
