Ford Recalling More Trucks

Apparently brake fluid can leak through the cruise control shut-off switch and start a fire with or without the engine running.

Mentioned it to the wife, she said, "why not just drain all the brake fluid out?" If she were blonde I could just laugh it off, but...

The vehicles being recalled are: certain model year 1994 to 2002 F-250 through F-550 Super Duty trucks; 2000-2002 Excursion SUVs; 1994 to 1996 Econoline vans; 1996 to 2002 E-450 vans and 1998 Ford Explorer and Mercury Mountaineer SUVs.

I think it time for Ford to just give my wife a new explorer, hers is a 98. I still haven't taken it in from the last recall notice they sent me!
