Force/Chrysler motor bracket-transom saver?

I have no idea what to call it but I had an 84 125 force that had a chrome bar with 2 prongs on one side and 1 prong on the other side(with a hole in it for a cotter pin) that you would put into the braket on the transom to keep your motor partially tilted for trailering and kept the stress off the tilt unit...does anyone know where to find such an item? I have been looking for several months and have not run across any? perhaps there is a tecnical term that I'm not looking for? thanks

You might try a mega-dealer that sold those. Some hid them in a box in the back so they could sell transom savers to unsuspecting new owners (cheating Bastar..!) <br /><br />I would imagine they're called Tilt Brackets or Trailering Brackets.

i found one of those in my boat i bought had know idea what it was tried to figure out. i have a transum saver on mine
