The thermal switch on the Trim tilt electric motor will not close properly. How do I fix it?

You probably have to replace the end cap. I don't know if you can get those anymore. I believe you'll find a complete trim motor on the housing offered in the Marine Store. The more a breaker breaks, the less it takes to break it. Sooner or later it trips just activating the trim
