Force 2 cylinder throttle cable adustments

Thinking my shifter is a bit different than the one on ebay that I posted pics of. It actually says us marine on the front. No yellow bracket on the inside.

Regardless, I will have to spend some time and remove the box and oval out the top of the hole if it is to be pulled upward. Didn't realize that need when I built the box to mount it. The shifter just barely fit through the mostly round hole I made.

You pull the handle out to disengage the gear, not up and then push the handle forward to advance the throttle a bit.

Aha, that works!! Thank You. I was being a little dense and not quite getting it.
