Force 150 outboard when pressing the trim button it will go down but it will not go up. When switching the relays it will then go up but not down. Replacing the relay with the exact part number does not solve the problem.
If switching the relays makes the problem switch also, that means the relay is faulty. There is a good possibility the replacement relay is not an identical replacement. Either that or the replacement relay is faulty.

The relay can be bad right out of the box.
Make sure the connections are clean and spray WD on all connections.
The switch in the handle you can get WD in there too.
