Force 125 tilt trim sinking

My force 125 will sink after it goes fully up, its a brand new tilt trim motor but when it goes fully up it will slowly sink back down, any reason for why it does this? Its a 1989

For a starter read through the FAQ sticky post regarding 3-wire tilt and trim. Do the troubleshooting to identify which component is leaking by.

You replace the whole system or just the electrical motor?
Drifting all the way down is usually the hyd.pump.
Read the stickys like Jiggz suggested and get a manual, a factory one is best.
