Hi - our 1996 Force 120hp suddenly stopped - it will occasionally start again and run fine but only for short periods - extra gas seems to be spilling from carburetor - someone suggested we need to remove carburetor to clean out - does anyone have diagram of carburetor they could send with instructions for non-mechanical people.<br />Many thanks!!

You may want to invest in a repair manual -- Seloc or Clymers, etc. They may be available at this web site.

When you prime it with the fuel bulb does is stay firm? Does gas come out the carb when you prime it? Motors will leak gas from carbs when they are tilted up. If you are leaking gas when you prime it with the bulb you will need to replace the needle valve and seat in the carb. NAPA carb kits come with complete instructions and parts break down for your carb.

Re: FORCE 120 failing to start

I just rebuilt both carbs and fuel pump on same model. Let me know if you need help.
