Fold Down Seats

Guys,

I am wanting to make a helm seat not dissimilar to the one found in a Proline 26.

I like its rear lounge in a recessed pocket that folds down aft. I was just wanting to know where i can purchase the fold down hardware from and whether there is any trick to making them fold properly?

Does anyone have any information as to how they are properly mounted?

What I would attempt to do is find a boat junkyard or graveyard around your area they probably would have a frame laying around you could pick up cheap.
