If the same thing is happening witht the new key and spare flywheel seems there's a upper crankshaft deviation, check if with a dial gauge to rule that out...First time seeing this type of flywheel balancing issue...
Have never seen a upper bent crank shaft, have seen wear due to poor lubrication on the upper bearig and collar and wheel rotating with strange behaviour...
