I have just purchased a 1982certified harbor master 37' houseboat that I have to remove the upper drive station to have it transported. Does anyone know how the station is attached to the roof? I have been told that some boats are bolted through the roof and you have to drop the headliner. I hope that is not the case for this boat. Thanks for any help.

Re: Fly bridge removal

I have a feeling it's going to be tougher than that. The upper station is also probably bonded to the roof for stability / weatherproofing and that will have to be cut through. Cables, removed, electronics removed, etc.
