Whenever possible, I brush my teeth with Fluoride toothpaste 2 or 3 times a day. No cavities since I have gotten older. You're not supposed to swallow the paste but lots of chemicals enter your blood stream through your tongue. What is a good alternative to Fluoride out there? In our water system as well. So many with health problems that have no known source. Like Alzheimer , depression, anxiety etc. The things we use on our bodies and consume every day should be looked at. Just look at all the chemicals in shampoos and soaps. Lots of sodium in toothpaste and soaps. Chemicals can penetrate your skin? You can have an allergic reaction to these chemicals according to Doctors. Chemicals can stimulate your adrenaline. Aluminum in deodorants can't be good. Some are effected and some are not effect. Some do not know they are being effected. Non of this stuff is regulated by the federal government. Some of this stuff is hazardous in large amounts. I think used everyday stuff, could be hazardous to our health.
But when reading up on Fluoride, Dentist say you need to brush your teeth at least 2 times a day with it. What else out there can do the job?
