Hello, I am coming to Miami on April 3rd hoping to buy a Chaparral 23 cuddy and then heading south to the Keys for fishing. I particularly wish to fish for Tarpon and Dolphin, please can anybody help re tactics, equipment needed etc ..thanks.. :D
