i need to ad some stringers to my boat for strength for my top and console but my boat has no wood can i use wood with all fiberglass stringers

if you knwo how to glass them in. perosnally I woudl use some of that stuff called new wood. i used it successfully on a boat

The fiberglass experts would remind us that the wood inside the stringer can actually be referred to as a form for the fiberglass. Some boats have hollow fiberglass stringers and reinforcements.

Chapter 9 of that book has all sorts of stuff about how stringers can be built that are fiberglass only..
